A voter, Mrs. Stella told our correspondent that “the polling units where I have gone to excersise my civil rights, we observed that the ballot paper were just 100 pieces only , for presidency while the area is over populated by the Easterners living in there. This experience came in place after much arguments and private discussions among the Agents.”
