A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and former President of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Alhaji Sani Lulu Abdullahi, has said giving President Muhammadu Buhari a second mandate in 2019 would heal many wounds in the country.

Abdullahi who spoke at his residence in Abuja when “Women for Buhari and Osinbajo” led by Ambassador Fatima Adams paid him a visit also cautioned Nigerians not to be in a rush to vote out the president because of the challenges bedeviling the nation.

He argued that 90 percent of the challenges had been surmounted by the current government, adding that Buhari was taking his time to fix the rot.

“I believe Mr. President has been ordained by God to win a second mandate. So this is a unique assignment and you must not make mistakes, you must be determined,” he said.  Abdullahi urged the women to mobilise more and work together with the youth in order to actualise the agenda and essence of the project.
