Buildcon Global Services Limited, a leading real estate company in Lagos is offering mortgage opportunities to subscribers on its new project, Pracht Smart City, by partnering with a mortgage bank to provide mortgages at 6 per cent per annum.

The company will also help its subscribers to rent out their houses which are for investment purposes at premium rates. 

Mrs. Bukunola Gadzama, Chief Executive Officer of Buildcon Global Services Limited, said the company which is the developers of Pracht Garden, Pracht Cluster and Pracht Court, is positioning its project to attract expatriates, senior executives and senior managers, hence the birth of Pracht Smart City.

Located in Ibeju, Lekki area of Lagos State, Pracht Smart City is within the proximity of the Lekki Deep Sea Port at the Lekki Free Trade Zone (LFTZ), the future business hub of the state. It would reduce housing problem at the LFTZ as there would be influx of foreign and local workers in the next two to five years in the area.
