 National President of NIOB Chuks Omeife who gave the theme of the conference as “Transformation of the Building Industry-Possibilities and Realities” said discussions will border on housing provision and quality, alternative construction methods associated health and safety and building laws and regulations will be exhaustively discussed by professionals.
