He said that the professional regulatory bodies were establishing to promote and guarantee professionalism which requires adequate support from government.
“The building code stipulations on the inclusions of builder’s documents at the design stage should be encouraged.  In other words, building project health and safety plan, building project quality management plan and building project construction programme should form part of the approval process to avoid having building projects that are deficient.”
