BuildOptions Limited last Saturday launched new housing projects named apartment houses in Guzape, Karmo and Jahi districts of the Federal Capital Territory.
BuildOptions is new real estate company which has constructed about 100 housing units in Abuja since it was incorporate in 2014.
The chairman of the company, Alhaji Aliyu Hammadu Abubakar said the company has been engaged in the construction of over 100 units of housing in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
According to him, over  23 active projects are currently being executed across the country by BuildOptions, saying that the houses range from two-bedroom luxury apartment to four-bedroom.
Facilities include: interlocking pavement network, fitted kitchen, water supply system, CCTV camera, street light, standby generator and ample parking space.
He said, “What make Build Options houses unique is that the projects are quick to complete, do not compromise standards and are affordable.
“We are ready to partner with the Federal Housing Authority, Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria and other mortgage and financial institutions to provide affordable houses to Nigerians.
Chairman of the occasion Emir of Gombe, Alhaji Abubakar Shehu Abubakar who was represented by the president of Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) Alhaji Murtala Aliyu said with the initiative of the BuildOptions and other developers, the nation can bridged the housing deficit of 17 million.
