Some suspected burglars have broken into the newly inaugurated 100-bed Mother and Child Hospital in Iperu, Ikenne Local Government Area of Ogun State and carted away electronic equipment worth millions of naira.
The hospital was recently inaugurated by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.
Operatives of the State Security Network, otherwise known as the Amotekun Corps have arrested three suspects in connection with the crime.
The state commandant of Amotekun, David Akinremi, confirmed the arrest to journalists in Abeokuta on Friday.

Akinremi said the prime suspect, one Ogunjembola Kehinde, led his gang to burgle the hospital.
