Burna Boy performs at Euros victory party

Superstar singer and Grammy Award winner, Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, aka Burna Boy, was a surprise guest at Buckingham Palace, London, on Tuesday, where England’s Lionesses celebrated their triumph at the 2025 Women’s Euros.

In a now-viral video, the singer surprised England women’s national team coach, Sarina Wiegman, on stage, with a performance of his hit song ‘For My Hand’ featuring Ed Sheeran.

Wiegman joined in the celebration, dancing and singing along before embracing the Grammy-nominated artiste in front of cheering fans.

Former England star Alex Scott, who added to the excitement, revealed that Burna Boy is Wiegman’s favourite artist—making the surprise performance all the more special.

The coach’s joy was evident as she celebrated her team’s triumph with music, dance, and a personal moment with one of Africa’s biggest stars.

Burna Boy rose to stardom in 2012 after releasing ‘Like to Party’, the lead single from his debut studio album L.I.F.E.

His third studio album ‘Outside’, which also serves as his major label debut, was released in 2018
