After surpassing Burna Boy’s 2019 album “African Giant,” “Love, Damini” has now become the artist’s most streamed album on Spotify.
Burna Boy’s sixth studio album, “Love, Damini,” which was released on July 7, 2023, has achieved great success both domestically and abroad, owing a large part to the success of the lead track “Last Last.”
This accomplishment was made possible because to the massive success of “Last Last,” which has received over 256 million streams, and “For Your Hand,” featuring Ed Sheeran, which has amassed over 161 million streams. ‘It’s Plenty’ has received over 61 million streams, as well.
‘Love, Damini’ is Burna Boy’s fourth album in five years, following his third album, ‘Outside,’ in 2018. After ‘African Giant’ (2019) and ‘Twice as Tall’ (2020), this was his third consecutive Grammy nomination.
