Young entrepreneur and Executive Director, Bolton White Group, Kingsley Obiukwu, has stated that creating a strong team, structures and systems are paramount for business success.

He disclosed this while speaking on the theme: “Business Strategy and Growth in a Challenging Economy” at the just concluded The Albert Conversations 2023, which was held at NAF Conference Centre, Abuja.

“Creating a strong team is essential for any business to become scalable. Organizational structures keep your company floating. While systems that run the structures keep your company scalable.

“Effective systems build effective businesses. If the engine is in great condition, the vehicle which in this case is the business works at optimum condition.

“Laying down the right systems and structures are the foundation of efficient business operations and improve productivity,” he said.

He also shared some insights on building systematic business structures and unleashed some growth hacks tailored for businesses in Nigeria drawing from his journey as the Executive Director at Bolton White Group.
