CACO celebrates Amaechi on 60th birthday

The former Governor of Rivers State and former Minister of Transportation, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, has received a heartfelt congratulations from the Coalition of Anti-Corruption Organizations (CACO) on his 60th birthday.

According to a press statement released by the head of public engagement for the coalition, Dr. Oluwole Oladapo, it commended Amaechi for his exemplary leadership and commitment to good governance.

It said during his tenure as Governor of Rivers State that Amaechi implemented policies that significantly improved education, infrastructure, public health, and institutional reform. His decisive governance style set new standards for public sector efficiency and development-focused leadership in the Niger Delta region.

The coalition (CACO), made up of 38 member organizations, and dedicated to transparency, accountability, and defending democratic principles in Nigeria, praised Amaechi for his unwavering defense of Nigeria’s democracy, courage in speaking truth to power, and intolerance for corruption in public life.
