Jumbo made this charge in Uyo, capital of Akwa Ibom State, during the training of CADA members from Akwa Ibom and Abia states.  
She said that the training was meant to strengthen CADA members to sustain agricultural development in rural communities of Niger Delta, adding that the programme will end in September.
She expressed her hope that CADA would serve as an entry point to future donors coming into the communities for development.
She stated that before now, communities only requested for building of infrastructures when donor agencies and governments visited them, instead of development of agricultural activities.
“We do not want to exit without strengthening you for sustainable development. Community Apex Development Association (CADA) is our exit point, it is very important, we train you for continuity. You will be an entry point when any partner agency wants to come to your community.”
She said that the CADA members would be trained on institutional capacity building, strategic development plan, income generation, record keeping and packaging.
 The coordinator urged the participants to cooperate with one another and share their knowledge.
One of the participants, Mr Aniefiok Unwene, from Akwa Ibom, said the training was good because they would be taught enterprise management.
