A reputable and leading real estate company, currently developing multiple estates within the FCT and Lagos, are seeking to engage the services of qualified Infrastructure Contractors to provide high-quality services for their ongoing and upcoming projects. Interested and eligible contractors are invited to submit their applications for consideration.

Scope of Work

Provision of infrastructure services, including but not limited to:
– Road construction and maintenance
– Water reticulation
– Electrical installation and maintenance, amongst others

Application Requirements

– Company profile, including registration documents and certifications
– Portfolio of previous projects
– Detailed description of services offered and expertise
– Proof of relevant experience and qualifications

 

Submission Guidelines

– Applications should be submitted in PDF format
– Deadline for submission: July, 4, 2025
