Card readers fail in Patience’s hometown, Okrika

    
Reports from Okrika, the home town of First Lady Mrs. Patience Jonathan indicate that the card readers deployed by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) have failed to work.   Hundreds of voters that came for accreditation have opted for manual accreditation.
