The North Central Zonal Youth Coordinator of the City Boy Movement (CBM), Hon. Suleiman Abubakar Magaji, has joined other members of the political support group in the United Kingdom as part of activities aimed at strengthening diaspora engagement and promoting the re-election bid of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Magaji, who was part of a high-level CBM delegation, said the visit was designed to mobilise support among Nigerians in the diaspora while projecting a positive image of Nigeria on the global stage.

According to him, engaging Nigerians abroad remains critical to deepening political participation, fostering national unity, and showcasing the ongoing reforms and development efforts under President Tinubu’s administration.

During the visit, Magaji was seen alongside several prominent figures within the movement, including CBM Patron Seyi Tinubu; the Director-General of the group, Francis Shoga; Diaspora Coordinator Prince Bidemi Akintunde.

Other stakeholders present included the National Women Leader of the movement, socialite and entertainment entrepreneur Cubana Chief Priest, as well as representatives linked to the Energy Commission and the Director of CBM UK, among others.

The movement reportedly held a series of engagements with Nigerians in the diaspora, focusing on strengthening grassroots political structures, encouraging civic participation, and building momentum ahead of future electoral activities.

Magaji emphasised that the City Boy Movement remains committed to youth inclusion, diaspora collaboration, and sustained advocacy in support of President Tinubu’s leadership and policy direction.

He noted that the UK visit also provided an opportunity to foster strategic partnerships, enhance the visibility of Nigerian talent and enterprise abroad, and reinforce the movement’s broader objective of mobilising support for continuity in governance.
