The Director General (DG) of Resources, Forestry, Wildlife and Fisheries of Chad and the focal point of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change in Chad gave the commendation during the launch of the Chadian chapter of PACJA.
A statement from PACJA quoted the DG as saying “The mission of the PACJA Chapter in Chad falls in line with the Chadian Government Policy on participatory environmental protection and the Chadian Constitution of 1995 thus an excellent tool of environmental management”.
