Chairman of Toto LG sacks 69 political appointees
69 aides appointed in the council are fired

Chairman of Toto Local Government Area in Nasarawa State, Nuhu Dauda has sacked 69 political appointees with immediate effect.
The dissolution was contained in a statement he signed and made available to newsmen on Monday in Lafia.

According to him, the affected appointees include all five Supervisory Councillors, five Special Advisers, five Senior Special Assistants and the 52 Special Assistants and personal Assistants respectively.
Others are the chairman’s personal secretary and the council’s deputy clerk,.the statement said.
The statement added that the dissolution is with immediate effect.
