Chelsea produced a stunning second-half comeback to defeat Real Betis 4-1 in the UEFA Conference League final on Wednesday in Wroclaw, becoming the first club in history to win all four major European competitions.
Underdogs Real Betis, managed by Manuel Pellegrini, stunned the Blues early on with a well-taken goal from Abde Ezzalzouli, catching the favourites off guard. But Enzo Maresca’s side returned from the break with renewed urgency and turned the match on its head.
Within five minutes, Chelsea scored twice to seize control—both goals created by a brilliant Cole Palmer, who set up Enzo Fernandez and Nicolas Jackson to put the Premier League side ahead.
Substitute Jadon Sancho made it 3-1 in the 83rd minute with a composed finish from a tight angle, before Moises Caicedo capped off the dominant display with a late fourth.

The triumph not only delivers Chelsea their first piece of silverware under Todd Boehly’s ownership, but also secures their place in the history books as the first club to win the Champions League, Europa League, Conference League, and the now-defunct Cup Winners’ Cup.
