In her role as a Health Service Analyst at McKesson , she demonstrated exceptional analytical skills by evaluating complex healthcare data, improving service delivery models, and driving initiatives that enhanced both patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Her ability to collaborate across clinical, technical, and administrative teams allowed her to implement data-driven solutions that met regulatory standards while addressing real-world healthcare challenges. Odionu holds the position of product manager – Data analytics at Carlofty (BLD Autos), where she led the design and deployment of a breakthrough solution connecting U.S. wholesale auto inventories with West African dealerships. The product—powered by API integration and real-time analytics—streamlined access to vehicle data, boosted inventory visibility, and significantly increased revenue generation for small-scale dealers in Sub-Saharan Africa. This is more than software development; it is market enablement, economic empowerment, and digital transformation at a regional scale.
Her influence is amplified further through an impressive portfolio of over 25 peer-reviewed publications, which traverse themes such as artificial intelligence, digital banking, mental health technology, enterprise architecture, ethical innovation, and predictive analytics. Her co-authored studies, including “The Impact of Agile Methodologies on IT Service Management in Banking” and “AI-Powered Fintech Innovations for Credit Scoring and Debt Recovery in SMEs”, are not only academically rigorous but are grounded in real-world applications.
