Dr. Zhongjum, who is the Marketing Manager, Tasley Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), disclosed this at a three-day workshop organised by the organisation for its clients in Abuja recently.
He said the workshop was aimed at enlightening the TCM distributors on the efficacy of the products and their mode of administration.
“The training is aimed at enlightening the young and old on basic knowledge of TCM and how it works in curing diseases like hypertension and diabetics through the use of herbal medicine, physiotherapy, among others. It is also aimed at introducing traditional medicine to developing countries,” Zhongjum said.
He urged Nigerians to desist from chemical medicines with their high side effects  and adopt the use of local therapies including TCM products, describing them as more economical and life-saving.
Zhongjum said through the product, patients would know how to live a healthy lifestyle with the intake of the right diet at the right time.
