There were miracles during the all-night programme organised by Christ Embassy tagged “Calabar Miracle Crusade”.

Those who were hard of hearing received the ability to hear; those who suffered partial blindness had their sight restored; those with speech impairment equally were helped; the lame could walk even as many more were healed of hemorrhoids.

Preaching the word of God from Acts 2:26-36, the State Pastor of Christ Embassy, Marcel Obode, reiterated the message by Peter to the Israelites on the import of the crucifixion, burial, resurrection and ascension of Jesus Christ as the anointed of God. “Though Jesus came from the lineage of  David, God imbued Jesus with the nature of divinity to bring salvation to man,” the cleric explained.

The pastor said the power of God to save, deliver and heal is resident in Jesus Christ who though is today at the right side of God, gave the Holy Spirit to be the constant personality with the Christian.

He said the Calabar Miracle Crusade was organised to free, not only the people but the entire land of Cross River State from affliction and to usher in development, prosperity and growth.

“This is the time God has chosen to touch the people and land of Cross River State; the blessing which is in Christ Embassy will go with you everywhere, in your home, offices and business places,” he prophesied.

A member of the congregation, Jane Udonsek confessed, “I have been abundantly blessed and I also thoroughly enjoyed myself. I wish this could be every week.”

“Even during political campaigns and football matches, I have never witnessed the kind of crowd I saw here. People are really accepting the message of Christ Embassy”, the Stadium Manager expressed.
