Christ Embassy, an arm of the Believers’ Loveworld Incorporated, on Thursday launched LoveWorld USA TV channel.
A statement from the church said the new Christian television channel will begin airing from March 1, 2018.
It noted that the classic broadcasts via the new channel will continue along with new sermons and programs for children as well as offer believers worldwide an opportunity to watch programs online via live stream.
The statement quoted the founder of Christ Embassy, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, saying “the move is an exciting opportunity to offer high-caliber Christian programs for the loyal believers. With such ease of access, thanks to new technology, there are now many choices if one wants to find a program throughout the day.”
“Your children will find them entertaining, but at the same time, they will be learning. You will find them a thoughtful presentation to hear the Word of God. LoveWorld USA TV is a reassuring venue for your children and a healthy alternative to so much misleading material,” it added.
The statement further added that the new channel “provides a profound connection for those who want to receive religious lessons, especially for those who have no other alternative but through cable or the Internet.”
It also noted that Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is devoted to delivering church teachings to all believers through the power of technology, as people can also reach out to the church through KingsChat, an app on the channel’s website.
“The Internet also allows access to viewing LoveWorld USA TV when you’re on the go and want to listen to an inspirational message,” it stated.
