The Chairman of Kwali Area Council, Mr. Joseph K. Shazin, has cautioned the youth against use of  fireworks as they celebrate the Christmas in the area.

Shazin, who issued the warning in his Christmas message yesterday, also warned them not to take advantage of the celebration to engage in social vices that could cause unnecessary tension in the area.

He said his administration would not delay in dealing decisively with anyone that tried to cash in on the celebration of the festival to cause trouble, stressing that there was need for residents to use the occasion to live in peace with each other.
