Church holds 40-day prayer for Nigeria

Speaking at the start of the prayer, the president of Kingdom Life Global Mission, Evang. Omoroje Egbule said the church under its Nehemiah Project is working to tackle conspiracies against Nigeria.
“There’s hunger in the land but it shouldn’t be. There’s spiritual conspiracy against Nigeria.
“We’re 20 years behind. But Nigeria will trigger end-time global revival. Nigeria won’t be a failed state by 2015.”
He prophesied that by 2025, Nigeria will be among the greats in the world. He called on Nigerians to join in the prayer.
Making reference to Jeremiah 1:9-10, he maintained, “The Lord will answer us and these problems will be things of the past.”
He appealed to Nigerians not to lose hope on the safe release of the over 200 abducted schoolgirls saying God will do His way at His time.
Nehemiah Project started in 2012. This is year’s theme is The Nigerian Nation at 100: Setting the Agenda for a Prosperous and Great Nation through Prayers and Prophetic Proclamations.
At the end of the 40-day prayer, the church will organize an inter-denominational prophetic thanksgiving service in Abuja October 1.
