The Rivers State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), on Wednesday, paraded 10 suspects allegedly involved in illegal diversion of petroleum products and job racketeering.
Parading the suspects at the command’s headquarters in Port Harcourt, the Commandant, ACG Haruna Muhammed, said some of the suspects were arrested for diversion of illegally refined DPK and AGO.
He, therefore, warned those involved in illegal stealing of petroleum products to desist from doing so, saying the command would not rest until the state was rid of illegal oil thieves.
He said one of the suspects was arrested for job racketeering.
