The congress of the body took the decision in their meeting held in Abuja on Friday night.
According to the communiqué issued at the end of the congress meeting, the club owners while appreciating the efforts of the Nigeria Football Federation on the great strides recorded by the nation in football, said the electoral committee would put machinery in motion for the election of a substantive board for the league.
It also stated that  they look forward to holding a round table discussion amongst all the concerned parties in the league on how best to move the league forward during the period of extension of the LMC.
Acting on the report of its verification committee on Warri Wolves and Kaduna united FC, the meeting sent a stern warning to the two clubs as well as other clubs to desist from making unwarranted statements on issues relating to decisions unanimously taken in their meetings.
They congratulated the NFF and Nigerians for the world cup qualification to Brazil 2014 and urged the federal Government to give adequate supports to the Super Eagles to excel.
The NFF was also urged to as a matter of urgency ensure that consultations are made with other stakeholders to put an end to several litigations against the premier league.
