COE Azare, NEIplus to digitalise early grade reading room

Aminu Saleh College of Education, Azare, Bauchi State, will collaborate with the Northern Education Initiative Plus (NEIplus) to digitalise its Early Grade Reading (EGR) Room. 

According to the college’s Deputy Registrar, Gimba Babaji, the decision followed an assessment visitation by the technical team of NEIplus led by Dr. Adriene Barnes, a reading consultant.

 He said the team was in the college in April and had assessed the existing facilities in the EGR room for possible upgrade.

 “The measure is with a view to digitalise the centre for upgrade. This is to enhance access in reading and the acceleration of learning achievement in the state. To also improve stocks and the resourcefulness of the reading room for standardisation‎,” the registrar said.
