Sharma spoke in Abuja during a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Aminu Wali.
“Each organization brings its own strength, and our strength is much more in the direction of socio-harmony, resolving grievances within the society, particularly as recommended by our own report in the area of women, youth, media and education” he said.
The Secretary-General also commended the Nigerian government and the electoral body for a job well done in the past general election.
Earlier, Wali appreciated the organisation’s role in developing its member countries.
