Ngurnoma lamented that the late Sardauna died while struggling to empower the North but that most of his legacies including schools, financial institution and manufacturing industries as well as the Radio Nigeria Kaduna among others are either dead or on the verge of collapse in ruins.

“Unless something is done, the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria (ABU) will lose its place of pride”, he said adding “if the Northern leaders truly love Sardauna, they should use the resources at their disposal and the one realised through the appeal fund for   rehabilitation of Radio Kaduna which is the voice of the North to enable it compete favourably with other national stations in Nigeria and abroad”, he said.
