A statement from organisers of the conference, which includes Nusret Educational and Cultural Co. Ltd., Hira Magazine and JNI, said the conference will assemble a selected team of scholars and thinkers from all over the Muslim world.
The statement said the theme of the conference is “The Prophet’s Biography as a Source of Guidance and Exemplary Model” and participation will open up to researchers and generality of the audience broad and illuminating perspectives of the biography of the prophet.
Khalid Abubakar Aliyu, Secretary General JNI, said the conference will also harp on the biography of the Prophet (SAW) as an explanation of the Qur’an and Sunnah, importance and lessons of the biography in understanding his tradition and solutions to the crises of modern man.
He said the conference will also focus on “The Battles of the Prophet: An exemplary means of mitigating transgression and establishment of peace”, “Family companionship of the Prophet: A model of ideal home and the foundation of the ideal Muslim society”.
