Tiger nut milk drink
During the Eid festival no food can go down better than a fresh Tiger nut milk drink(kunun aya)
 A must have
 *Tiger nuts
 *Sugar
 *Milk (evaporatred)
 *Milk flavour
 *Sieve
*Ice cubes or block (so that it won’t get spoilt)

DO THIS
Soak your tiger nuts in water for some time
Put your tiger nuts in a mortar, then you pound it but not to hard, just scrub it a little so that it will be white and all the dirt would be out
Grind the nuts, and put in a freezer, if you are not ready to sieve it immediately because tiger nuts get spoil easily when they stay outside for too long
Sieve the tiger nut 3-4 times so that it would be very smooth and pure
Add your milk and your flavor and add your sugar
Put it in the freezer or use your ice cubes so that it won’t get spoilt.
 Enjoy!!!
 Have a wonderful Eid el-Kabir
