Members of the Dance and Drama Community Development Service group of the National Youths Service Corps have organised a programme to showcase Nigeria’s cultural heritage and diversity.
The programme tagged, ‘Festival of Culture’ was a mix of laughter and entertainment as members thrilled the audience with dances, dramas, songs and various renditions from the three major tribes in the country. It was held at the Merit House, Abuja.

According to the coordinator of the group, Mrs Uche Okoro, the essence of the programme was to use the Nigerian cultural heritage and diversity to unite all the tribes in the country.
A member of the group, who is a graduate of Zoology from the Imo State University, Gabriel Ohabuchi, said the occasion was an avenue to give back to society.
