Corps members serving in Anambra State have been urged to be productive even as the economic recession bites.
The State Coordinator, National Youths Service Corps (NYSC), Mrs. Robinca Odigwe, made the call at the 2016 Innovation conference of the Institute of Cooperative Administration (ICA) in Awka, the state capital.
She said she believes the corps members have what it takes to excel in the midst of the challenges in view of their antecedents.
Odigwe, who was among the award recipients at the occasion, attributed the giant strides recorded since her assumption of duty in the state, to the continuous support and encouragement from the corps members.
“The corps members make the job easier for me. They not only listen to instructions, but are full of ideas and very innovative. With little encouragement, you will be amazed at what they can offer,” she said.
