Coscharis Motors Plc, the exclusive representative of the Geely automotive brand in Nigeria, has unveiled a state-of-the-art after-sales workshop worth over N1bn to enhance after sales services for Geely customers.
This initiative underscores Geely’s unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.
Executive Director of After Sales and Special Duties at Coscharis, Cosmos Maduka Jr. emphasized that the new workshop was borne out of the brand’s vision to deliver excellence, offer real value, and serve customers with integrity, innovation, and intentional care.
This launch follows the previous announcement of Geely’s partnership with Coscharis, making them an addition to the impressive line up of other mainstream brands like BMW, Ford, Rolls-Royce, and Renault.

The introduction of Geely’s after-sales workshop marks a key milestone for both new and existing customers, reinforcing the brand’s focus on long-term service and reliability.
“We have just launched a dedicated Geely workshop,” Maduka stated during the unveiling of the facility.
“The facility is equipped with global standards, quality staff, brand-trained technicians and supported by genuine spare parts and best-in-class diagnostics. It is built to serve efficiently, professionally and promptly.”
He further highlighted that the workshop goes beyond infrastructure, but is also geared towards enhancing the entire customer experience.
“Our mission puts the customer at the heart of what we do,” Maduka said. “We are here to ensure that every Geely customer gets more than just a product. They get the experience, support and value for their money.”
To ensure nationwide access to quality service, Maduka disclosed that a network of Geely workshops has been established across multiple states in Nigeria.
He also announced the introduction of convenient service features including vehicle pick-up and mobile stations to those far away from the nearest workshop.
“We also have mobile stations,” he added. “They are deployed to cater to customers in more remote areas, ensuring that even those far from physical workshops are not left behind.”
Maduka also noted that over 3,000 Geely vehicles are currently on Nigerian roads, expressing great optimism that this number will double with the support of Coscharis and the after-sales experience.
His comments affirmed that the Geely-Coscharis partnership is not just about selling cars, but also building a full-circle customer experience that begins when customers purchase their cars and continues even long after sales.
“This launch is not just an event,” he declared. “It is a declaration that Coscharis is here to lead with Geely as our partners into a better future.”
Echoing this optimism, Paladin Yao, the Country Manager for Geely in Middle East/Africa, expressed confidence in the partnership, saying: “Geely is very honoured to partner in Nigeria with Coscharis. And we have also symbolised this by supporting the brand here.”
Maduka Jr. acknowledged Geely’s dedication to this partnership, commending the brand for its role in training local personnel and ensuring a smooth transition in after-sales services.
Paladin also reassured customers of Geely’s continued high standards, confirming that all vehicles would retain the existing warranty of six years or 200,000 kilometres.
