Quesada said this on Friday in Enugu as the team began training at the Rangers training ground in Enugu. He told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) that he decided to commence training early and in the hot sun for the team to get used to the weather.

He said that he was relying on the skills and speed of his players as well as the ability of the technical crew to emerge the best in Group D.He said that he had studied his opponents and planned how to tackle them, adding that they would not allow any form of distraction to derail the team’s ambition.

“My boys are fast, skillful, intelligent and play like a team. With little commitment, we shall top our group to qualify for the next round,” he said.On the facilities at Enugu, Quesada rated them high and praised the LOC for what he described as good organization of the event.

He also expressed happiness at the quality of hotel and food given to them and noted that Enugu people were friendly.“We have not been allowed to go visiting, but from the little I have seen, the people of Enugu are friendly and I am at home to do my business,’’ he said.

The other two teams in the group are Burkina Faso and Turkey.
