He added that the council will provide technical support to the group to help in executing the programme successfully.  
He stated this while receiving the Coordinant-General of ESCORP, Mr. Emenike Eme, and some key officials who where in his office on a courtesy visit in Abuja.
The DG, who was represented by Dr. Mayo Jalabo, a Director in charge of Agriculture and Agro Allied Department (AAAD), said the MAESSAH programme covers a critical aspect  that will be setting up renewable energy laboratories in selected secondary schools across the country to enable students acquire researched technological knowledge and practical skills for gainful conversion of waste to wealth.
Speaking earlier, the Special Adviser to the President on Ethics & Values, Dr. Sarah Jibril, who was represented by her Media Officer, Mr. Abel Nwachukwu, noted that the transformation of human characters and infrastructure is very essential in transforming the environment as it will help in reducing the activities that are currently degrading the environment.
She implored the council and Nigerians to key into the vision of ESCORP which is to produce rapid and visible environmental behavioural change among the citizens.
