Court adjourns Buhari eligibility suit to April 22

A Federal High Court in Abuja on Wednesday adjourned the suit against the presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC) Gen. Muhammadu Buhari to April 22 and 23 for hearing for hearing of the substantive matter.

The court presided over Justice Ademola Adeniyi struck out the application by some persons that sought to join the suit describing them as meddlesome interlopers, having no interest in the matter.

The suit is seeking to stop Buhari from contesting the presidential election slated for Saturday, March 28.
