A Kano High Court has fixed November 27 for judgment in a case of kidnapping and selling of six Kano children in Anambra State.

The state government had arraign one Paul Owne, the prime suspect alongside six others  before the court for alleged conspiracy, kidnapping and selling of children from the state in Anambra State.

Owne had pleaded guilty to the charges while the other six suspects pleaded not guilty.

At the resume sitting yesterday,  the State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Barrister Musa Abdullahi Lawan prayed the court to try Onwe summarily  under Section 352 (2) of the Administration of Criminal Justice Law, ACJL having pleaded guilty.

The presiding judge, Justice Zuwaira Yusuf however gave November 27 as date for judgment.

Meanwhile, the case of six others who pleaded not guilty in the case will continue thereafter.
