A High Court sitting in Jalingo today granted an injunction stopping the five-man medical panel recently constituted by Speaker Josiah Sabo Kente to examine the health status of Governor Danbaba Danfulani Suntai.

The order of the court was granted on grounds that there is an existing court case pending at the Supreme on the same matter.

Alex Iziyon (SAN), filed the exparte motion on behalf of Suntai but was represented at the court by Elijah Nyaro.
