An Ikeja Magistrate Court on Thursday ordered that two men who allegedly raped a 13-year-old daughter of their family friend, be remanded in prison.

Magistrate B.O. Osunsanmi, ordered that Rasheed Kasali and Isiaka Adisa, be  remanded without taking their pleas.

Kasali, 39, who resides at No. 18B Dipo Olubi St., Surulere, and Adisa, 38, who lives at No. 11, Tosun St., Itire Ikate, Surulere, Lagos, allegedly committed the offence with two other persons still at large in 2018 at No. 6, Adebayo St., Off Ijesha Road, Surulere, Lagos.

Police Prosecutor, Insp Raphael Donny alleged that the defendants sexually assaulted  the girl on different occasions,  whenever her parents were not around.

Donny said that the girl’s mother reported the case at the police station and the defendants were arrested.(NAN)
