A Kano State High Court sitting in the Bompai area of the metropolis has ordered the remand of three men, Ahmad Yahaya, Rabiu Adam and Aliyu Mohammed, over allegations of conspiracy, armed robbery and unlawful possession of firearms.

The prosecuting counsel, Barrister Nuhu Kabir Mohammed, told the court that the defendants allegedly conspired to attack one Abdusamad Salisu of Fagge LGA during which they inflicted serious injuries on him and dispossessed him of valuable items.

The defendants, through their counsel, Barrister Sani Bala Babayaro, pleaded not guilty to all the charges.

The Judge, Justice Maryam Sabo, ordered that the defendants be remanded in a correctional facility pending the determination of the case and adjourned to January 18.
