The magistrate, I. O. Osho, who did not take the plea of Oladeji due to lack of jurisdiction, ordered that he should be remanded in the Abolongo correctional facility in Oyo Town pending legal advice from the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) and adjourned the case to July 4.
Earlier, the prosecutor, Insp Foluke Adedosu, told the court that Oladeji conspired with others in the area to commit the offence on March 4 at about 3am. (NAN)
