An Ikeja magistrates’ court on Thursday ordered the remand of a 33-year-old commercial motorcyclist, Oluwatobi Adedapo, who defiled his neighbour’s daughter.

The Magistrate, Mrs B. O. Osunsanmi, afeter ordering that his case file should be sent the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP), adjourned to October 27.

Earlier, the prosecutor, ASP Raji Akeem, told the court that the defendant defiled the 10-year-old girl on September 2, at his residence in Ikorodu. (NAN)
