A Kano Shari’a Court No 1 sitting in Kofar Kudu in the Kano municipality has reserved judgement in the case of a notorious thug accused of involving in violent incidents in Sagagi quarters in the metropolis.
Muhammad Awais was reported at Kwalli Police Station by a member of Vigilante Group, Sulaiman Sani, who alleged that a suspected thug threatened to kill him after stabbing him.
Police, thereafter, charged him with threat, intimidation, possession of illegal weapon and inflicting serious injuries, to which he pleaded guilty.

The Khadi, Shamsuddeen Ado Abdullahi Unguwar Gini, ordered his remand and adjourned the case till March 20, for judgement.
