The court reinstated the State Working Committee (SWC) of the party led by Alaba Agboola said to be loyal to former Governor Ayo Fayose.
The National Working Committee of the PDP had in June, this year, dissolved the party’s executives in Ekiti State and constituted a caretaker committee with Sadiq Obanoye, an architect, as chairman.
But Agboola challenged the dissolution before the court.
