A managing partner of MEH,  the Nigerian-born Emmanuel Agbangbe, in an interview on WhatsApp, gave lots of reasons why property investment in Dubai is still highly profitable.

He stressed that buying a property in Dubai remains significantly cheaper compared to other major cities in the world.

“The recently introduced ten-year UAE property owner’s visa and retirement visa programmes is a significant benefit for those looking for a residence.

“Besides, the zero taxation policy of the government of UAE is an incentive that property investors should not discountenance,” he said.

Agbangbe who assured that MEH’s team of experts is committed to fast, professional and courteous service in the real estate sector, added that Dubai is one of the safest cities in the world since it is an ideal location for property investment.

He said the upcoming Expo 2021, scheduled to begin in October 2021, would attract well over 25m visitors and tourists, bringing along with them billions of dollars in foreign investments, urging Nigerians to take advantage of the opportunity and make their presence felt in the sector.
