Dr B. Frankland, the INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner in Cross River State, distributing registration forms to potential adhoc staff for February presidential election at INEC headquarters Calabar.
The REC stated that pregnant and nursing mothers would not be registered as theywould not be able to attend to the rigorous electioneering work expected at the over 2000 polling units and 196 wards in the state.
