CSDA gets $20m for projects in Benue rural areas

The Benue State Community and Social Development Agency (CSDA) has expressed readiness to implement the $20 million grant received in at least 16,000 rural communities of the state.

General Manager of CSDA, Engr. James Aboho, who confirmed the receipt of the money in an interview with journalists during the pre-implementation training for the various stakeholders of the project in Makurdi, disclosed that each benefiting community would get N12m.

He said the training was part of the procedures which would lead to the disbursement of the fund expected to span through a two-year project.
