The Civil Society Groups for Good Governance (CSGGG) has condemned the suspension and termination of Prof. Monday Igwe as Medical Director of the Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital Enugu (FNHE).
Prof. Igwe was suspended on September 20, 2023, following frivolous petitions. However, a 7-man investigation team cleared him of all allegations, recommending his reinstatement.
In a statement signed by its President, Comrade Ogakwu Dominic, CSGGG called for the MD’s reinstatement.
The group warned that ignoring their appeal would lead to a rally/protest with other patriotic civil society organizations.
