The school located on No.15 Audu Ogbeh Street Jabi, Abuja had its walls painted and caving ceiling fixed.
Last week, during a visit to the school, CCECC again donated materials.
These include: computers, electric fans, walking sticks, radios, schoolbags and mosquito nets.
According to the company’s Project Manager, Mr. Henry Li, “The gesture is to give the lees privileged, especially the physically challenged and special children a sense of belonging. It’s a way of letting them know that all hope is not lost by providing them a conducive learning environment.”
The Project Manager said his company’s CSR activities are geared toward making a difference in communities’ areas like sports, health, education and roads.
The schoolchildren were jubilant. Those present commended the CCECC stressing that history will not forget CCECC.
Present were education officials from the education secretariat of the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA), traditional rulers and parents.
CCECC is reputable in the construction industry, establishing itself as a international brand in airports, light rail, expressways, bridges, housing construction and municipal works.
